Robert Levasseur has been a consultant specializing in the area of executive compensation since 1998. Prior, he held positions as a senior compensation and benefits practitioner with a number of prominent Canadian corporations, including Rothmans International, Canada Post Corporation, Sherritt International and Steinberg Inc. His experience covers all aspects of executive compensation.

Executive Compensation Expert

Robert provides advice to boards of directors and senior management on technical and governance issues relating to executive compensation. He has assisted clients in developing executive compensation strategies and committee governance protocols, has developed both equity and cash-based performance management and incentive plans, and has provided various remuneration reviews, including the valuation of equity based and non-monetary compensation. His client group spans the private and public sectors and he has consulted for small organizations as well as Canada’s largest employers.

Robert’s private sector clients span most industry sectors including pharmaceuticals, financial services and manufacturing companies. Within the public sector, he has extensive experience with government, Crown corporations and regulatory sectors where he has directed projects and designed systems relating to total rewards design.
